The Access Project at Victory Gardens
Last year we realized that there were large communities in Chicago that we weren’t reaching. Accessibility has always been a challenge at the Neo-Futurarium because of our second-floor space, limited resources, and the chaotic/fast-paced nature of Too Much Light.
We’ve partnered with Victory Gardens’ Access Project for our second performance on May 7th at 7:30pm. This performance of Too Much Light will include audio description, closed captioning, touch tours, American Sign Language interpreters, and braille programs, in addition to a space that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. It will be Too Much Light as you’ve never experienced it before and we hope, with your help, it will be an encounter with Too Much Light that many audience members have been unable to experience until now.
