Alex Casillas is an alumna of the U of I Theatre Program, graduating with a Dual MFA in Lighting and Scenic Design. Some of her favorite scenic design credits include Seven Spots on the Sun (University of Iowa), Más Cara (Teatro Vivo/The Vortex), and The Revolutionists (Strawdog Theatre), for which she received an ALTA nomination for Best Scenic Design. She is grateful to Denise for bringing her back to Chicago Theatre (if only virtually) and to the Neo-Futurists for continuing to produce wonderful and dangerous work.
