Neo-Futurism is an evolving, multi-faceted theatrical aesthetic built on a belief in truthful, direct communication between the performer and the audience.

Our education program aims to share and spread the Neo-Futurist aesthetic by equipping students with the knowledge and skill to write, create and perform honest, immediate theatre grounded in their personal experiences and perspectives.

You don’t need prior performance or writing experience to take our classes, just a desire to learn more about what we do, and how you can do it too.

Writing & Performing the Two-Minute Play is our primary workshop, taught by most members of the ensemble throughout the year. In this workshop, you will learn how to utilize the tenets of Neo-Futurism, while working in a collaborative ensemble to execute a fully-realized version of our flagship show, The Infinite Wrench. More information about that class can be found here → Writing & Performing the Two Minute Play
