Gwen has always occupied an in-between space of musician and actor, and finally Nick Hart started answering her Marco Polos and agreed to let her present this liminality to the world via such vessels as, “Crumb On My Eyebrow, Was It A Booger” and “Opera Lady.” Gwen’s creative life is marked by periods of great productivity followed by years of pursuing other interests, such as cats and being named Most Improved Batter in softball.
