I was an ensemble member for just over 2 decades, and performed in a bunch of other n-f productions as well. I occasionally work with other theater companies. I play accordion, solo, and with two bands: The Crooked Mouth, and an yet unnamed duo with my significant other. I also work as a registered dietitian, personal fitness trainer, and health coach.
