Molly Smith is an arts manager and dancemaker originally from Charlotte, NC. Molly has a BS in Dance & Arts Management from Oklahoma City University and has been a company member of Chicago Tap Theatre since 2018. Molly is a dance teacher and choreographer; they are also a co-founder of Them the Band. They have experience in company management, stage management, production management, and arts administration for various theaters throughout Chicagoland, and they are the Technical Supervisor at Theo Ubique. On a given day, you’ll find them making spreadsheets while baking for their tiny dog Pancake. Molly is thrilled to work with the Neos on this wacky, wonderful show & team!
