Throughout her life, writer-performer Mary Fons has been told that she resembles legendary stage and screen actress Liza Minnelli–leading her to wonder if, in some strange way, she has somehow always been Liza’s long-lost daughter. Mary’s show serves to examine Liza’s life, loves, and losses while holding a mirror up to her own, building a theatrical connection that she hopes will lead to a true connection with her object of fascination.
